While making the reservation for your stay, the system will ask you to insert the details of your card to guarantee your booking. A charge is not made to the credit card. Credit card guarantee allows the hotel to charge a cost in case of no-show or cancellation outside of cancellation policy.

We will send a payment link to the email address you provided. Please use the link to proceed with the payment for your stay.

Once we receive the payment your reservation will be confirmed.

We kindly ask you to come to Nayman café for your check-in, our cafe situated a few metres away from Macchiato Suites. The address is Corso Umberto I, 254. If you arrive later than 9PM, please get in touch and we will organise your late check-in.
